Controller and contact
Aleksandar Aleksandrov, operating under the name MB Lab Diagnostics, is responsible for the personal data processing described in this policy.

Data, purposes and legal bases
The form requires your name, telephone number and a description of the problem. The make is selected as Mercedes-Benz or another make; the model may be left unknown, and the year and additional vehicle description are optional. The selected powertrain or “Not sure” choice helps us confirm vehicle eligibility. The inquiry language and an empty anti-spam field are also transmitted. No email address or VIN is required. If you contact us through another channel, we also receive the information you provide there. Share only necessary information; do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents.
Handling an inquiry about a prospective service is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. For other correspondence and website protection, the basis is the legitimate interest in responding to messages and maintaining security — Article 6(1)(f), taking your rights into account. Where a legal obligation applies, the basis is Article 6(1)(c). Optional analytics relies on your consent — Article 6(1)(a).
You may optionally provide the area or location of the vehicle to help arrange the visit. An exact address is not needed. This information is included in the inquiry and is not sent to analytics.
Inquiries and communication
When you select “Send inquiry”, your name, phone number, vehicle details and description are sent to the website server for validation and email delivery to info@mblabdiag.com through the configured mail service. The website does not store these details in a database or write them to its application logs. A success message means acceptance by the mail server, not guaranteed delivery or a confirmed appointment. If sending fails, you can separately prepare and copy the text or open an email draft to send from your own application.
Received inquiries are used to answer questions, contact you, clarify symptoms and arrange diagnostic appointments. Submission does not automatically reserve an appointment or subscribe you to marketing messages. When you contact us through WhatsApp, Viber or another channel, its provider also processes the content under its own terms. Preparing text, opening a draft or selecting a telephone link does not prove that a message was received or a call took place.
Technical data and providers
The website and email are hosted through JetHost. To load the website, your browser sends technical information to the hosting provider, including your IP address, requested address, request time and browser information. JetHost may maintain technical logs and backups for operation and security. Copies of received emails may also exist in the controller’s mail applications and devices. The specific retention periods for logs and backups depend on the service used.
The website does not embed social posts, maps, external fonts or advertising pixels. Communication providers and, with separate consent and enabled analytics, Google may process data under their service terms, including outside the European Economic Area. The terms and applicable safeguards for each service must be assessed against its actual use.
Analytics and cookies
Analytics is off by default. Google Analytics 4 can be used only when it is enabled for the website and you explicitly accept analytics cookies. If you refuse, Google Analytics is not loaded and receives no analytics requests. The website does not send form content, names, phone numbers, email addresses or VINs to analytics.
Consent is not obtained through scrolling, waiting or closing settings. You can change or withdraw your choice through “Cookie settings”. Details of the technologies used and their lifetimes are provided in the cookie information.
Retention
Before sending, the form details are held only in the current window’s memory and cleared on reload or closing. When sent, the data pass through the server and mail service, and the received email is kept as correspondence. Copied text and a separate email draft are managed by your device and application; the website does not delete them there.
Inquiries that do not result in a service are manually deleted from correspondence within six months after the last contact. This is not automated deletion and does not mean immediate removal from every backup. Service documents, accounting records and records needed for legal claims have separate retention periods according to the applicable obligations. Technical logs and backups follow the respective service’s retention periods. Your cookie choice is remembered for 180 days; analytics cookie lifetimes are described on the cookies page.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you are made.
You may lodge a complaint with Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP). Current submission methods and requirements are published on the official CPDP website. You do not need to contact us first to exercise this right.
External links and changes
Links to social networks and services open external websites or applications with their own privacy policies. This policy is updated when the actual operation of the website or the services used change. The date of the latest revision appears at the start.
